- Fill in for the Community Managers who are on vacation.
- Earn $100/day of coverage.
- Gain experience in how Summit Homes sells, designs and builds new construction homes.
- Get inside scoop on upcoming communities and an opportunity to sell full-time.
- Maintain your own business while building your new home experience.

👋Assistant Community Manager
Real Estate agents who want to start their career in new homes while maintaining their resale business.
Responsibilities:
- Support our full-time Team of Community Managers.
- Primarily weekend coverage with some weekdays.
- Ability to earn a commission on sales procured.
- Gain experience and hands-on training in how Summit Homes sells, designs and builds new construction homes.
- Get inside scoop on upcoming communities and an opportunity to sell full-time.
- Maintain your own business while building your new home experience.
*Must be licensed Realtors with ReeceNichols Real Estate and The Rob Ellerman Team.
🤝Community Manager
Real Estate agents who want to focus on new home sales as their primary business source.
Responsibilities:
- Exclusively represent a Summit Home's Community.
- Work in the community 5-days a week.
- Ability to earn a commission on all sales procured.
- Maintain relationships with our home buyers and Project Managers to ensure the best Customer Experience.
- Get inside scoop on upcoming communities.
- Support of an entire team dedicated to successfully selling Summit homes.
