3. Home Design & Pre-construction Review

This in-person meeting aims to align with the buyer and set clear expectations for what they will experience over the next several months.

CM & PM Schedule 1-2 hours to go over the contract and selections with the homeowner and discuss the overview of the construction sequence and overall build process.
