5. Communicating Construction Delays

At times, circumstances beyond Summit Homes' control will cause construction delays. It is best to be proactive and communicate potential delays with our buyers as soon as possible. Any time the build is off track or experiencing delays, it's best to alert the homeowner in your weekly communication. Even if it's a week, and we could make up that time, we never want a homeowner to be surprised.
