Community Manager Time Off Calendar

As outlined in our Community Manager Agreement, our Community Managers get up to 10 paid (by Summit) days off each year. 

Please reference the agreement for full details. 

Here's how to enter your time off: 

  1. Determine who will cover your community. Due to the new NAR ruling, the covering Realtor must be on The Rob Ellerman Team. 
  2. Tap the link below to review the calendar and note your days off. 
  3. To ensure smooth handoff of leads, once confirmed coverage, put a block on your calendar and alert both OSCs of your absence and who's covering. 
  4. Prior to the PTO, ensure that your Project Manager knows you'll be away and that all files, outstanding items, closings, etc are prepped and ready.
