Creating a KOVA Change Order

We've created a Kova Change Order process that walks you through each step. You can create individual change orders, so don’t be scared to do them.

A Change Order is changing a “current option or selection” in Kova. 

A Custom Option is something you’re changing in Kova that’s not an option or selection today. For example, Drafting is asking you to change from a patio to a deck or deck to a patio based on contours. We do not allow any other custom options.
