Customer Portal Processes

Notes About Setup:

  • Process works as KOVA data flows back to Hubspot
  • The KOVA closing date is a moving target date and not the one we base this process on. Instead, we use CLOSED DATE as the official close. This date is entered by accounting the day of close to officially mark as closed/sold. 
  • Once that happens, the Husbpot workflow we trigger and the invite to the Customer Portal will be sent to the consumer. 
  • We can not currently change emails; the email will be the PRIMARY email used in KOVA and allows everything to match up and work.

Customer Facing Instructions:

Click here to begin creating your account using the following steps: 

  1. Click Login or Signup with MyHome account 
  2. Click Don't have an account? Sign up 
  3. Enter the primary email on file (the email address where you received this email), create a password, and click Sign Up 
  4. Access the email confirmation sent to the email used and click Verify My Account (Check the spam folder if you do not see the email)
  5. Return to the login page and select Continue. You will be transferred to your account!
