8. Home Closing Experience @ the Summit Office

Town & Country Title Co and Silverton partner with Summit to ensure that all of our homeowners have a great closing experience!

  1. Homebuyers are greeted by a Summit team member / CX Director or Ambassador. If not available or out of the office – preassign a team member.
    • Offer drinks & snacks
    • Show them to the closing table
    • Great opportunity to ask how the building experience has been and if there is anything that stands out or could have improved.
  2. Summit exits. Town & Country and Silverton team complete the closing paperwork.
  3. Once all closing paperwork is signed, Darrell or a preassigned team member will provide Tabletop survey to the homeowners to fill out.
    • Survey is given to Darrell once homeowners have departed.
  4. Once funded T& C will let us know – Marketing representative (and any Summit team member that would like to celebrate a new homeowner) will come to reception area for pictures.
    • Gift – open the box and place it on the end table at reception. Hand off after photo.
  5. Pictures with key handoff – Digital Polaroid.
    • Polaroid #1 – have them sign and attach it to the Summit Happy Homeowner wall.
    • Polaroid #2 - hand to them and congratulate them again!

 

Other items:

  1. On multiple closing days. What if funding is delayed?
    • If another closing arrives at their scheduled time and previous is not funded yet, we will escort them to the front living room area.
  2. Homeowners need a bathroom break?
    • Restroom Access Card available in T&C office.
  3. Showing the Co-op Realtor some love and appreciation. They are a great source for referrals.
    • Summit team should thank them!
