Home Photos

To help build up our new home photo gallery, we want ALL homes to be photographed. Including homes that were builds and Spec-to-builds.


Community Manager Responsibilities

  • Work with builder to determine when the home will be 100% and clean
  • Use the booking link below to schedule the home photos
    • Juke Media is our exclusive photographer
    • Follow the link to schedule your home photos: https://www.jukemediakc.com/summit
      • Select the spec listing package or the model listing package, depending on the home for which you need photos. 
  • On the day of photos, walk through the home to ensure the home is photo-ready!
    • adjust the blinds so they are even, turn on all the lights, adjust decor, fluff pillows, clear clutter from your desks or countertops, etc. 
  • When you get the home photos back from Juke, ensure that marketing was on the email, if not, please forward to marketing@summithomeskc.com


Marketing's Responsibilities

  • Add photos, videos, and virtual walkthroughs to Info Base
  • Add photos, videos, and virtual walkthroughs to the website
  • Add photos, videos, and virtual walkthroughs to MLS
  • Upload video walkthrough to YouTube
  • If home is a Spec, see 'new listing action plan' for next steps on how to market the home to sell
