KOVA Change Order Worksheet
- Navigate to the customer’s Sales Order (or Market Home’s Sales Order)

- Filter to the customer’s Sales Order and open by clicking the Description or Custom link or Customer

- Click on Create New Change Order Worksheet in the Sales Office for a sales change order or in the Design Center for a design center change order. (Design center is not used in clover & hive) The sales configurator will open.

- In the sales configurator, click on the selections tab and make new selections in each of the categories.

- Save the worksheet. If this change is not in Kova, manually do it with the following steps 6-10. If in Kova skip to #11.
- To add the change order fee, select Contract, and on the Home tab, click on Change.

- The Price Adjustments box will show Enter the Name and Amount of the change order fee.

- Click on the Deposits tab and enter the deposit amount (change order fee or full payment) and date, then save the worksheet. $500 change order fee is shown here.

- Click “Add” to the additional deposit (change order fee or full payment).

- The additional deposit will be added to the Deposit Payments
- If you are collecting the check, enter the check number and date, print a receipt for the customer, save the change order and go to the next step.
- If you are not collecting the check, save the change order and go to the next
- Click on the Print Change Order Tab and Print the Change.

- The change order will pop up in your pdf. If you do not need to print, you can just close the pdf software or download this change order for the buyer to sign in DotLoop or in person.

- Back in the sales configurator, you can choose to Submit the change
- Once submitted, the Sales Order record will show there is a worksheet that needs to be ratified. Do Not click on the DocuSign process.
