Lot Request Process

Follow this process for requesting lot fits for lot type requests.

LOT FIT REQUEST FOR SALES

 When this form is submitted, an alert will be sent to Chelsea. Chelsea will review it to see if we already have this information. If not, she will get the necessary information from the Architecture Team. As a reminder, our team is doing this process internally. While that has been extremely accurate, there is still a small chance that new information could be found when we get into permitting.

 

 LOT TYPE REQUEST FOR SALES

This process requires someone to physically visit your community and use the transit tool to verify the lot designation. Because of this, your buyer must meet a few conditions before this request is processed.

  1. Buyer has made a lot reservation or shown pre-approval, i.e. they are a serious buyer
  2. Buyer has determined their home plan and verified it fits on the lot in question

Once submitted, Chelsea will review the request. If approved, it will go to the Architecture team to complete the fit, then submit it to Jason, Travis and Ethan for them to go out in the field, use the transit tool and verify the lot designation. Again, while this process has been extremely accurate, there is still a small chance that new information could be found when we get into permitting.
