Modern Paint Schemes

You should have noticed that choosing a modern paint color scheme for the exterior in KOVA is no longer charged!

  • All communities except Edgewater, Cobey Creek, Osage, Arcadia and Hue section of Eastbrooke can select modern paint schemes.
  • Modern paint scheme is a group of body colors that look great together and are paired with an accent color and black (caviar) trim at the soffit/facia. The modern scheme includes black gutters and stained cedar elements per elevation.
  • The modern paint scheme can be selected for any elevation that would look good with black trim, so even a farmhouse or Mediterranean might look great if that is what your buyer likes.
  • The Modern scheme on ranch plans is body color only. The accent can be chosen at the garage door if the buyer wants the accent.

There will still be a $3000 charge when buyers choose Snowbound, Natural Choice, Caviar, Nebulous White, or Shoji White – Ultra Light or Ultra Dark as the painter charges Summit for ultra light and ultra deep colors.
