Peak Moment Celebrations

From the first shovel breaking ground to the final finishes, every step in building our  customers new home has been filled with anticipation, hard work, and excitement. It is important to celebrate the peak moments of this incredible journey.

• At the Pre-con/Design Review meeting: "SHOVELS & CHEERS" - The very beginning, when dreams turn into action. The ceremonial shovels mark the start of our customers seeing their home beginning. The Community Manager sets this up with the homebuyers. Each community will have 2 shovels and 2 hard hats - make this experience personal.
• At the Mid-con meeting: "WOOD & WISHES" - The framework signifies the transition from plans on paper to something real and exciting. This celebration is scheduled at the hand off from PM 1 to PM 2 typically at sheetrock complete. The Project Management Team sets this up with the homebuyers.
• New Home Orientation " WELCOME HOME WALKTHROUGH" - This is the time when our new homeowners are discovering their new space. As you walk through each room with them, remember to comment on the finishing touches that made the house truly theirs - from the flooring to the fixtures creating their perfect living space. The PM sets this up and invites the CM.
• Closing Day "WELCOME TO THE  SUMMIT FAMILY" - The moment that symbolizes the culmination of months of planning, building, and dreaming. This will happen at the Summit Homes office.
