It's time. The home has been permitted, and it's time to break ground. The pre-construction phase of the customer journey brings delight, optimism and a sense of relief.
This is the first opportunity for the Community Manager to create a peak moment for the consumer. Depending on the buyer's personality, the CM should choose one of these activities.
- Golden shovel groundbreaking photo at the homesite.
- Photo of the buyer holding their design selections.
- Allow the buyer to capture a small jar of dirt from their homesite.
- Capture video of the buyers walking their homesite.
- Photos with buyers wearing hard hats on their homesite.
- Selfie-style photo with the CM and the buyer.
- Review the buyer story and surprise the buyer with their favorite food/drink.
