Version Release 5.0 & Beyond
- Effective April 1, 2024, our building model transitioned to a streamlined selection of package options for the Primary Shower. Moving forward, only three series options will be available for selection. Version releases 5.0 and beyond will offer these three series choices, with upgrade packages ranging from A to D.
- Please be advised that the primary shower may vary if a buyer selects an alternative package option or if a spec house is sold with an upgraded package. Please ensure that you always refer to the starts sheet in KOVA for the accurate primary shower option.
- For all secondary bathrooms, a fiberglass tub/shower unit will be the only option available, regardless of the series or package chosen.
