Realtor Tours
Any Community Manager may host an individual Realtor at any time with approval from Summit Marketing.
To ensure a successful Realtor Tour, it's the Community Manager's responsibility to:
- Review calendars and ensure no competing Realtor Tours or special events
- Add the event to Project Manager, Marketing and Sales calendars
- Promote the event to Realtors outside of ReeceNichols
- Promote the event to Realtors within ReeceNichols
- Secure sponsors and/or organize food, drinks and giveaways
- Make personal calls and texts to ensure a strong attendance
- Share pre and post event details on social
- Send thank you notes/messages to all those that attend
Grand opening tours will be coordinated with Summit Marketing to include theme, budget,
support and execution.
Open Houses should be scheduled on through MLS for all completed homes in your community to reflect daily business hours. Monitor this Weekly!
