Silverton Handoff Process

Our Partner Lender, Silverton, helped us outline the process of a successful handoff.

Here's the process you should follow: 

  • The Community Manager has a conversation with the buyer about the Handoff Hubspot email.
  • Sent to the borrower and copied to LO and Co-Op.
  • It should contain an introduction to the LO and at least one sentence describing the benefits of using a preferred lender.
  • It should contain what we need for complete (CRM) input. Minimum would be for all prospective owners/borrowers:
    • First Name        
    • Last Name
    • Email Address
    • Phone Number
  • Would be great to include.
    • Subdivision/Neighborhood
    • Purchase price
    • Any incentives being offered.

Example #2 – Community Manager to Buyer & Co-Op through Hubspot (normal email if not)

Good afternoon Jake,

John and Joy Smith are interested in building a new home with us here at Summit Homes. They have completed rough pricing and options, which are attached to this email.

We discussed the benefits of going with Silverton including $3,000 in seller credits that we will give to them at the closing to cover closing costs or buy down of their interest rate.

Would you please help them with the pre-approval process so we can have a clearer idea of the budget and what the monthly payments would look like for the house price attached? It’s right at $375,000. I’ve cc’d them on this email.
