Closed 2+ years ago 

If you closed on your Summit home more than two years from today, your 1 and 2-year warranty has expired, and you will not have access to a portal. Any repairs or issues need to be remedied by calling a local service provider or a trade specific to your needs at your own expense.  

Your 10 year structural warranty with 2-10 Home Warranty may still be valid if you built less than 10 years from today. Click here for information.
