4. Weekly Community Manager contact
It is required that the Community Manager Team contact homebuyers weekly from contract to close.
Working hand-in-hand with our Project Management Team, the Community Managers will always know the status of our homeowner's build. This happens in a couple of ways:
- Communication Workbooks: The Project Managers are expected to enter weekly updates into Smartsheets. These updates ensure clarity on the build process and allow the Community Manager to update the homeowner properly.
- Weekly PM Meetings: Every Monday afternoon, the Project Managers and Community Managers will meet to review all projects. Use this time to confirm on track/off track, ask specifics, share concerns, share successes and ensure 100% alignment.

You will receive bi-weekly updates from me. Some will be short and sweet, and others will have much more detail. After review of the email, you may have questions, I will answer any questions you have and provide insight on what is scheduled to happen in the next week of your home’s construction schedule. We look forward to providing you with a smooth customer experience.
I am attaching a copy of the NHAB guidebook. This is a warranty guidebook that most builders across the nation abide by. I will refer to it as warranty items pop up in the future.
