Part 2: Consumer Interaction

Here's how to ensure our customers have a great experience.

Walk In Traffic

  • Stand up and greet the person as they walk in 
  • Follow the 4-2 method 
  • Capture their information and enter into Hubspot 
  • Don't go right into feature slamming - build a relationship first 

Appointment Traffic

  • Prepare for the appointment ahead of time by reviewing Hubspot notes, their request and any information you've already gathered. 
  • Prepare a "gift bag" as their takeaway after the appointment.
  • Ensure homes you plan to show are open, lights on and ready. 
  • Ensure you have KOVA, pricing, design details and other materials ready to review. 

Repeat Visits

  • Review previous communication and notes.
  • Prepare the necessary information ahead of the meeting. 
  • Work with the Sale Leader on overcoming objections that are keeping the buyer from writing a contract. 

Design Preview
  • Review design packages
  • Review home plans
  • Review lot options
  • Review Spending plan for contract / Loan approval $

Following All Consumer Interactions: 

  • Access and either add or update Hubspot with the results of the interaction 
  • Set up reminders/tasks to ensure proper follow up
