Homeowner Referral Program - Payout Process
Each home you sell is an opportunity to sell more just by providing a great customer experience!
With our focus on customer experience, we want to capture and track homeowner referrals correctly. Here's how the process works.
- Buyers must identify who referred them at the time of the contract to qualify.
- The Community Manager will note the referral information on the Contract Cover Sheet.
- When the Closing Coordinator processes the contract, we'll add the referral information to Sales Consolidated. This will allow us to document the referral fee correctly and ensure its payout at closing.
- Once the home closes and the home funds, the Closing Coordinator will put in a request to Accounting to issue the referral fee of $500.
