Kova & Hubspot Data Sync - Deals

Our data sync with Hubspot and Kova is LIVE! What does this mean? We're saving you time by not having to double-enter contacts!

The FIRST step of entering a new prospect, for example, someone who wants a price out in Kova, will be to ADD them to Hubspot and create a DEAL. Doing this allows the contact to flow to Kova and automatically create a worksheet for you! This all happens within seconds, too.

The system will notify Lauren and me when a contact is not added correctly. It's called the shame on you alert. 😊 We'll use these to ensure we're all following the correct process and the data is 100% accurate in Hubspot/Kova.
