The Community Manager meets or exceeds 4 out of 4 categories.

Summit Homes will continue to provide support and training to keep the momentum going.

The Community Manager meets or exceeds 3 out of 4 categories.

Summit Team will provide additional training and coaching on the underperforming category.

The Community Manager meets or exceeds 2 out of 4 categories.

Summit Team will provide additional training, coaching, and a detailed action plan for the underperforming categories with a timeframe to see improvements. (90 Days) 

The Community Manager meets or exceeds 1 out of 4 categories.

Summit Team will provide additional training, coaching, and a detailed action plan for the underperforming categories with a timeframe to see improvements. (60 Days) 

The Community Manager meets or exceeds 0 out of 4 categories.

Summit Team will provide additional training, coaching, and a detailed action plan for the underperforming categories with a timeframe to see improvements. Summit must see improvement in a minimum of 1 category within 30 days to remain in the current community.
