9-VFU

The VFU is the final step in the home building process before we officially close. In this meeting with the Project Manager, the buyer will expect that the items on the punch list are 100% and that their home is ready to move in. 

Closing Gift Presentation 

The buyer and the Project Manager visit the home one last time before closing. The home is clean and complete. This is the perfect opportunity to present our closing gift, allowing the buyer to celebrate. To make it special, the Project Manager will follow this process: 

1. Place the gift on the kitchen counter before the meeting. 
2. Walk the home to ensure it's clean and free of any construction debris. 
3. Ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked. 
4. Capture a photo of the buyer: 
   • With the closing gift
   • In their favorite room
   • Outside of the home 
5. Arrange how the Project Manager will alert them their home has been funded and they can pick up their keys. Remind of the expectation that it could be a few hours after they close.
